Lab Technician (Cressy)

We’re looking for a **Lab Technician / Processing Technician** to join our team and support post-harvest processing and solventless extraction. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and working closely with plants and product.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manually trim dried and cured cannabis flower to defined quality specifications
- Operate rosin presses for solventless extraction, including material preparation, press setup, monitoring, and collection of final product
- Prepare, label, and store cannabis material and concentrates in line with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Assist with post-harvest processing, including separating, drying, curing, weighing, and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of laboratory and processing areas in line with GMP and workplace safety standards
- Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products, reporting any deviations or issues
- Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance

**About you**
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to follow SOPs and work within regulated environments
- Takes pride in quality and consistency
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Massive plus if you have previous experience in cannabis processing, laboratory work, GMP environments, or horticulture is highly regarded (but not essential for the right person)
