About the Role
- Join our vibrant Hosted Events Sales team and help customers across Australia plan unforgettable experiences
- Be at the heart of the action, connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and hitting sales targets in a high-energy, fun setting.
- Bring your friendly, motivated energy – previous sales experience is a bonus, but if you shine in customer-facing roles and build genuine rapport, we want to hear from you.

- Be the go-to guide for clients, helping them plan, book, and manage their events and celebrations.
- Master our range of experiences and confidently recommend and sell tailored packages that wow our clients.
- Take charge of inbound sales enquiries and build strong B2B relationships
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service while managing event administration tasks.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure every event is seamlessly executed, leaving clients delighted every time What We're Looking For
- Skilled at connecting with people and a strong communicator
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Passion for creating amazing customer experiences
- Experience in sales, retail and customer service is highly valued
