**Overview**: *** Fuse Recruitment have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Due to significant growth, they require a number of Production Operators to join the company on an on-going casual basis.- **Benefits include**:

*** **Duties of the role include (but not limited to)**:

- Operating, cleaning, packing and setting-up (including equipment change-overs) of machinery / equipment
- Solid Dose Production area
- Coating batches of tablets using various coating machines
- Processing the batch, product sampling, completing machine cleaning as required
- Operation of aseptic filling equipment in a clean room environment by using aseptic processing techniques
- Dispensing raw materials, dispensing and coating of tablets, set-up and running tablet press
- Completing batch process sheets accurately and in real time according to SOPs and Work Instructions
- Performing environmental monitoring and activities related to process equipment
- Complying with GMP requirements
- Effective management of materials and components
- Maintaining a safe work environment

**Essential Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Physical fitness and great health
- Strong ability to work well within a team and confident working autonomously
- Strong ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
- Robust attention to detail, self-starter with the perseverance to overcome challenges!
- Great communication skills
- Both verbal and written
