An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced finance skilled to lead the accounting function across a diverse portfolio of large-scale live events, touring productions, and entertainment projects.
This senior leadership role sits within a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will suit someone who thrives in live entertainment, touring, events, hospitality, festivals, or complex project-based industries.
You will take ownership of end-to-end tour and event accounting operations, partnering closely with commercial, operations, and production stakeholders to deliver accurate financial outcomes, minimise risk, and support strategic decision-making across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of tour and event accounting from budgeting through to final reconciliations and settlements
Prepare and manage detailed P&Ls;, settlement packs, and financial reporting across multiple productions/events
Partner with operational and production teams to monitor costs, profitability, and financial performance
Manage artist/vendor/promoter financial settlements and related reconciliations
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes are maintained
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members within the touring/events function
Support strategic commercial decision-making through financial analysis and insights
About You
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
6+ years proven experience in tour accounting, event accounting, entertainment finance, project accounting, or similarly complex operational finance environments
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational realities and financial outcomes
Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation capabilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a quick-moving, dynamic workplace where priorities can shift quickly
