What You’ll Do:

Create and manage property listings on platforms like Facebook, Gumtree, and other relevant sites.

Conduct property viewings and inspections, showcasing rooms to prospective tenants.

Communicate effectively with potential tenants, answering questions and creating a sense of urgency to secure bookings.

Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy rates and ensure properties are rented quickly.

Actively source new properties by reaching out to owners through door knocking, cold calling, or other creative methods.

Represent the company professionally at all times, building trust and maintaining a strong reputation.
