In this dual-role position, you will play a vital role in supporting both our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives and general office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a positive workplace culture, then we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Support:
Tracking employee training completion dates and maintaining records.
Update of external client compliance portals
Maintain accurate records of training completion and other HSE-related documentation.
Provide clerical support for WHS matters, such as tickets and licencing, injury reporting and claims management.
Employee communication: Assisting with responding to employee inquiries about WHS procedures and policies; tickets and licencing.
Assist in the development and distribution of safety communications and materials.
Participate in the preparation of HSE reports and presentations.
General Office Administration:
Create a welcoming atmosphere, receive and greet visitors as required
Reception duties
Provide PA and administrative support to the Head of Operations (VIC)
Provide administrative support to various departments
Assist with data entry and document management
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the office setting.
Other general administrative tasks as assigned.
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful, self-motivated team player who will bring:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Strong computer literacy, Intermediate or above proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience with HSE-related tasks or certifications is a plus.
