Role Scope (Aligned to Experience) Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
- End-to-end management of Owners Corporations
- Preparing and issuing notices, agendas, and minutes
- Committee and general meeting attendance
- Advising on compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic)
- Contractor and building manager coordination
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Managing owner and committee enquiries professionally For candidates with greater experience, the role may also include:
- Increased portfolio autonomy
- Management of more complex governance and dispute matters
- Direct advisory support to committees For candidates earlier in their strata career, the role will include:
- Structured portfolio exposure

- Ongoing mentoring and legislative support Leadership & Support The business is led by a Director with 18 years’ industry experience, including extensive involvement in VCAT dispute resolution and fee recovery matters, and active participation on SCA (Vic) industry subcommittees. This provides
