We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team in a casual role, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for the right person.

We work across residential and commercial properties, bringing lawns back to life, whipping gardens into shape, and generally making outdoor spaces look schmick.

**What we’re looking for**
- Someone reliable who shows up on time, gets stuck in, and works well solo or in a small team
- Basic experience in mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, hedging, and garden clean-ups
- A meticulous approach, paying attention to the small details
- Positive attitude, good banter, and a solid work ethic
- Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in all weather, carry gear, and follow safety procedures
- A current driver’s licence and your own car
- White Card and any horticulture quals are a bonus but not a deal breaker
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, precision edging
- Hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, leaf blowing
- Garden clean-ups, mulching, minor landscaping
- Occasional solo runs to regular clients
- Using power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Helping the team keep tools tidy and running smoothly
- Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, responsive, and attentive to the needs of our clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.24
- $36.35 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
