**Store Manager
- Drip Bar (Full-Time, Monday to Friday)**
**Location: Training at South Morang, then stationed at Lygon Branch**
**Drip Bar** is a rapidly growing brand specializing in **acai, smoothies, crepes, and more**. We are seeking a **highly experienced and motivated Store Manager** to lead our **Lygon Street location**, taking full ownership of store operations, staff management, and business performance.
**About the Role**: This is a **full-time** position, **Monday to Friday, 10 AM
- 6 PM**. While the primary work schedule is weekday-based, the **Store Manager may need to cover occasional weekend shifts** if there is insufficient staff availability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Oversee full store operations** to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- **Manage staff rostering, availability, and shift coverage**, including stepping in when necessary.
- **Drive KPIs** to maintain high service standards and sales performance.
- **Train, develop, and lead a high-performing team**, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- **Handle escalated customer service issues** with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain **stock control, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations**.
**What We’re Looking For**: **Minimum of 3+ years in a management or senior supervisory role** within the hospitality industry. **Robust barista experience
- coffee-making skills are a must!** **Proven leadership experience**, including team motivation and performance management. **A structured and proactive approach to store operations.** **Full availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage if required.** **Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.** **Looking for long-term stability and career growth.**
**Pay Structure & Career Progression**:
- **Training Period (First 6 Months)**: Paid at the **minimum award rate of $28.87 per hour** (as per the **Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119]**).
- **After 6 Months**: Hourly rate increases to **$30 per hour**.
- **After 1 Year**: Pay rate will be **reviewed for further increase** based on performance and contribution to the business.
