Part-time or Casual Barista/ All Rounder (Carlton)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time or casual barista and all-rounder who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting exceptional coffee. As the face of our café, you'll not only create impeccable coffee but also contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master the art of coffee-making, ensuring every cup is of the highest quality.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers.
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions with ease.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including tables and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Ensure each customer leaves with a memorable experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain coffee choices fluently in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A passion for coffee and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various tasks.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards.
