Social Media & Content Strategist Fitzroy

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist who can take ownership of our digital voice and visual identity. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution, from ideation to publishing and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a cohesive social media and content strategy aligned with brand identity Define and maintain our editorial direction and visual storytelling across platforms Plan, shoot, and produce photo & video content (Reels, campaigns, product storytelling) Manage content calendar, scheduling, and publishing Write engaging captions, newsletters, and campaign messaging Oversee and optimise Meta ads campaigns Engage with our community daily (comments, DMs, customer interaction) Maintain and update website content to ensure consistency and strong brand experience Coordinate and direct photoshoots (styling, casting, set design)What We Offer Creative freedom and ownership of brand voice

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Education: Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience: social media, content creation, or digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
