Need to be willing to travel between our three locations (Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane) and stay at our in office studio location when required. Be able to work from home when required conducting online photo viewing sessions through zoom.

Be proactive in following up with clients, creatively independent, results-driven, and possesses robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills, consistently meeting monthly sales targets.

You'll uphold a professional demeanour as a leading figure in the workplace and should have a background in creative industries, be adept with CRM systems, and quickly adapt to new technology.

**Salary**

With commission combined there is potential to earn 130k per annum
- The commission targets are easy to achieve if correct client management, follow-up and customer service skills are applied. Those currently hitting targets earn between $1,000
- $6,000/mth in commissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a 5-star client experience throughout the entire photoshoot process, ensuring satisfaction and seamless service.
- Lead the post-shoot photography viewing sessions, showcasing the final images to clients and guiding their selection.
- Identify client requirements and assist in selecting the most suitable photography package to meet their needs.
- Provide valuable industry insights and education to clients aspiring to careers in the creative fields. Training will be provided to enhance your expertise in the creative industry.
- Work collaboratively with photographers, makeup artists, and production teams to fulfil client visions and expectations.
- Manage post-sales orders and address any follow-up queries related to production, ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $130,000.00 per year
