**About the Role**

Join Offaly Good Food as our **Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator**. Reporting directly to the business owner, you’ll play a key part in building customer relationships and supporting our marketing activity. This is a unique opportunity to learn sales skills, develop creative marketing experience, and grow alongside a passionate food brand.

**What you’ll do**
- Call qualified leads, arrange free samples, and follow up
- Learn to manage customer enquiries and build confidence using CRM tools
- Build relationships with prospects and develop skills to move them through a sales pipeline
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Build reusable marketing templates and create promotional materials
- Collect feedback and insights from customers and support in-store tastings
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance using analytic tools

**About you**
- Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner and strong written skills
- Persistent and resilient in following up with leads
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Creative eye for marketing and content ideas
- Studying or recently completed Marketing, Business or Communications qualification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Canva, social media, or CRM systems (desirable, but not essential)
