Reporting to the Head of GP Training Operations and leading a specialist team, you’ll drive operational alignment, continuous improvement and governance excellence while enhancing registrar, supervisor and member experience nationally **As our Manager Strategic Program Initiatives, you'll also**: Lead complex, multi-stream strategic initiatives from scope to delivery. Drive operational efficiencies and system improvements across programs. Strengthen national alignment across GP Training Operations. Manage risk, governance reporting and executive-level visibility.
