Cleaner (Female) (East Melbourne)

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a contract basis. As a cleaner with Jim's Cleaning, you’ll be at the forefront of providing essential cleaning services to NDIS participants and aged care clients, while also handling a variety of general cleaning jobs across different settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Provide specialised cleaning services for NDIS participants and aged care clients, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Handle general cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties as required.
- Safely use and manage cleaning products and equipment.
- Adhere to specific cleaning protocols for NDIS and aged care clients, while maintaining flexibility to meet the diverse needs of other clients.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or potential hazards promptly.
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect their privacy and dignity at all times.
- Follow Jim's Cleaning policies and procedures to ensure consistent and top-quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak and understand English proficiently to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Must have a reliable car for transport to various client locations.
- Previous experience in cleaning, particularly within NDIS and aged care, is highly regarded.
- Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number).
- A high standard of cleaning with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a caring approach to clients.
- Ability to pass a police check and provide references.
