The Role We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Customer Support Specialist to support our team. You’ll be the go-to person for smooth admin, happy customers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks! What You’ll Do
- Debt collection when required
- Take inbound/outbound calls and troubleshoot issues with efficiency
- Lodge paperwork with government/industry bodies
- Schedule with sales reps, installers, and customers
- Handle complaints with professionalism
- Update CRMs and track KPIs
- Process invoices and generate daily reports
