- Drivers licence preferable About the Role: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaners to join our team, specialising in post-construction and builders cleans. You’ll be responsible for ensuring newly built or renovated properties are spotless, secure, and ready for client handover. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial construction sites.
- Remove dust, paint, grout, stickers, and debris from all surfaces.
- Clean windows, frames, tracks, and glass panels.
- Wipe down walls, skirting boards, doors, and cabinetry.
- Vacuum and mop all flooring, including spot cleaning of marks and residue.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other internal areas to a high standard.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damage or safety concerns.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work independently or in a team to meet project deadlines. Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in builders cleans or commercial cleaning (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- White Card (Construction Induction) – essential.
- Driver’s licence and access to reliable transport (preferred).
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekdays and some weekends. What We Offer:
