You’ll be a key player in driving sales, supporting the other store manager and your team’s growth, and making sure every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a dream. This is a **full time** position, and requires availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

**A Day in the Life**
- Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
- Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
- Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
- Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
- Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
- Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
- A love for delivering an unforgettable customer experience and creating a playful atmosphere.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
