We are looking for supportive and outgoing **Customer Service Officer** to be the friendly face and first point of contact for MatchWorks, supporting participants and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What you’ll do**

As an **Customer Service Officer** in our team you’ll:

- Support participants with information, appointments, and access to tools to help them job search.
- Create a friendly, welcoming and warm experience for participants and visitors.
- Handle admin essentials
- data entry, filing, scheduling, and keeping systems up to date.
- Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins together.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong people skills
- you’re approachable, positive, and calm even on busy days.
- Great multitasking skills and an ability to juggle admin, calls, and face-to-face support with ease.
- A team player attitude as someone who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues and participants.
- (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate
- but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
