A leading IT and Software company is seeking a part-time AP to join with an immediate start.

A leading IT Software organisation in Forest Hill is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer to join their team with an immediate start. This organisation is a market leader and work in a recent open-plan office. This role is Monday-Thursday 9am-3:30pm. You will be working within the Finance/Admin team.

**Your new role**
- Accounts Payable processing
- Three-way matching to ensure compliance
- Staff reimbursements
- Weekly payment runs
- Additional AD-Hoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience using an ERP system (Pronto, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is beneficial.
- Great problem-solving and data entry skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Available to start immediately
