About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Broking Administration Assistant to join our team at Aussie Victoria Park. This part time role is focused on providing essential administrative support to our busy mortgage broking team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams.
What you'll be doing Liasing with lenders and settlement agents to ensure a smooth settlement process for clients Assisting with preparation for annual home loan rate reviews Assisting with loan application processing, including collating supporting documents and liaising with lenders Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, and providing them with updates on the status of their loan applications Coordinating client appointments and maintaining the team's calendar Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for Friendly and qualified communication along with customer service skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office suite and client management systems Previous experience in a mortgage broking, banking or financial services administration role would be ideal A team player with a positive, reliable and proactive attitude
What we offer Flexible hours (20–25 hours per week) School-hours friendly Small and supportive team setting Ability to grow in the role over time with future opportunity to move into lending roles such as loan packaging and mortgage broking roles. Victoria Park location
