The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Customer Support Specialist to support our team. You’ll be the go-to person for smooth admin, happy customers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks!

What You’ll Do Debt collection when required Take inbound/outbound calls and troubleshoot issues with efficiency Lodge paperwork with government/industry bodies Schedule with sales reps, installers, and customers Handle complaints with professionalism Update CRMs and track KPIs Process invoices and generate daily reports Keep everything running like clockwork and suggest ways we can improve!

What You Bring Strong customer service skills & work ethic Experience in admin, scheduling, CRM, or reporting High attention to detail and quick learning Confident communicator and team player Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Available full time and ready to commit for 12+ months
