Retail Sales Assistant Fitzroy

Love everything to do with cocktails? We specialise in the niche area of quality cocktail ingredients and supplies, serving customers via our online channels and through our physical retail store in Fitzroy—The Bitters Lab. As a member of our small, close-knit team you will handle customer service and sales of our specialty products in-store. The Bitters Lab is located on vibrant Smith St in Fitzroy, with the 86 tram conveniently stopping just outside.

We're looking for:

Knowledge of cocktails and cocktail ingredients. Bartending experience is preferred.

A positive and motivated approach.

Superb communication and customer service skills.

A passion for quality and excellence in your work.

Attention to detail.

The ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and to work well with others.

The ability to solve problems confidently and effectively.

Key Tasks:

Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and sales.

Develop an excellent knowledge of our products and how to use them.

Visual merchandising.

Keeping the shop clean and tidy.

Assist the online fulfilment team when required.

Saturday availability and a Victorian RSA are required.

Paid lunch breaks, 10-11am start, employee discount, holiday store credit.
