Fitzroy neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar. Seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team. Must be available for three shifts per week: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night 5pm-11:30pm.

Kitchen Porter responsible for:

- Washing of dishes and cutlery during service;
- Washing of pots, pans and utensils;
- Taking care of waste: organic food waste, recyclables and general rubbish. Emptying, replenishing and cleaning the bins. Washing down the external bin store. Taking the bins to the street;
- Cleaning and sanitising of Pot Wash and Kitchen. Including sinks, walls, floors and mats;
- Food prep jobs to assist the kitchen. For example washing vegetables, peeling roasted peppers, picking herbs from the garden. With scope to grow in this role depending on interest and ability.
