Skills, Experience & Attributes

Proven experience in supervising and training bar staff

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members

Expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service

Experience in managing bar operations in a high-volume workplace

Exceptional attention to detail in quality control and stock management

Robust communication skills to coordinate with FOH team and suppliers

Ability to assist in menu development and promotional activities

Experience with venue management systems (Sevenrooms preferred)

Passion for maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation

Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and inventory

Key Responsibilities:

Support bar operations and team management

Maintain beverage quality standards and consistency

Assist in stock control and ordering

Train and supervise bar team members

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Contribute to menu development and promotional initiatives

This is a full-time position across our Cremorne and Carlton venues. Weekend availability is essential.

Pay: $61,205.11
- $80,694.80 per year
