- part researcher, part marketer, entirely focused on impact. You'll sit at the intersection of scientific credibility and commercial communication, working closely with our Global Marketing Director, Sales Directors and R&D; teams to build content that actually resonates. You'll interpret publications, application data and customer stories, then turn them into campaigns, sales tools, case studies and digital content that helps researchers understand why our products matter, and helps our sales team communicate that with confidence. - Review publications and application data to find compelling proof points and content angles
- Write customer stories, case studies and research summaries that demonstrate real-world product impact
- Ensure all content reflects scientific accuracy and credibility across audiences Campaign delivery
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, web and events
- Write and review marketing copy that is on-brand, scientifically credible and audience-appropriate
- Maintain the marketing calendar across launches, campaigns and product updates Sales Enablement
- Develop talk tracks, objection-handling guides and product messaging for sales teams and distributors
- Turn scientific publications and application data into practical tools reps can use in the field
- Train sales teams and distributors on how to use scientific marketing materials effectively AI-enabled workflows
- Lead the responsible use of AI tools to support literature review, content ideation and market analysis
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through responsible automation Market Insight
- Monitor competitor activity, scientific publications and funding signals to inform messaging priorities
- Translate campaign performance data and customer feedback into practical content improvements Who we are looking for: Essential
- A background in proteomics, LC-MS, analytical chemistry, life sciences or a related field
- whether through study or hands-on experience.
- A qualification or solid experience in marketing, science communication, technical writing or digital content.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- you can read a paper and turn it into something a sales rep can use on a call.
- Comfort working across teams
- sales, R&D;, product and external contractors.
- A genuine interest in using AI tools to work smarter, from literature review to content workflows. Bonus points
- Time in a research lab, core facility, CRO, biotech or scientific instruments company.
- Familiarity with proteomics-based biopharma or clinical research markets.
- Experience with WordPress, Zoho, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva or similar tools.
