RND Lawyers is a boutique commercial legal and consultancy firm founded in 1989. Based in East Melbourne (on the CBD fringe), RND Lawyers services small, medium and large enterprises as well as private individuals, family groups and corporates, nationally and internationally. The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated lawyer with at least three years’ post‑admission experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced directors who provide strong mentorship across property, conveyancing, commercial leases and commercial matters. This role will incorporate multiple areas of practice, with a focus on conveyancing/property law, commercial leasing and business transactions, with responsibility for managing matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will handle residential and commercial property transactions, retail and commercial leasing, and sale and purchase of business transactions. Core responsibilities include:
- Managing client files and progressing matters efficiently
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts, transfers and leases
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and procedural requirements About You Ideal candidates will have:
· A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience as a lawyer.
· Current admission to practice law in Victoria.
· robust communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.
· Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team as required.
