This position sits within the Family & Children’s Services team and provides reception based duties including essential administrative and operational support across multiple service areas. - Provide excellence in front of house, administrative and operational support, including but not limited to bookings and procurement.
- Support the effective operation of our facilities, including maintenance, logistics, and resources
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience across our service sites with ability to resolve all community enquiries
- Assist with projects, events, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Key Selection Criteria
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities
- Demonstrated administration skills, including experience with procurement, finance processes, and corporate systems
- High level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to produce accurate, professional documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
