- we have openings for junior and more experienced, across part time and full time roles. We work across residential and commercial properties, bringing lawns back to life, whipping gardens into shape, and generally making outdoor spaces look schmick. What we’re looking for
- Basic to solid hands-on experience in mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, hedging, and garden clean-ups, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- A meticulous approach, paying attention to the small details
- Able to work independently on assigned jobs, managing tasks efficiently, using initiative on site, and completing work to standard without close supervision.
- Someone reliable who shows up on time, gets stuck in, and works well solo or in a small team
- Positive attitude, valuable banter, and a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in all weather, carry gear, and follow safety procedures
- A current driver’s licence
- Your own car is desirable but not essential
- White Card and any horticulture quals are a bonus but not a deal breaker
- Excellent communication and customer service skills What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, precision edging
- Hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, leaf blowing
- Garden clean-ups, mulching, minor landscaping
- Solo runs to regular clients and working in a team on bigger jobs
- Using power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Helping the team keep tools tidy and running smoothly
- Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, responsive, and attentive to the needs of our clients What you’ll get
