Service Contract Manager (Yarra City)

Job Description The Service Contract Manager at HPS LSS serves as the main Honeywell operations contact for LSS Service Contract Customers, overseeing Maintenance Agreements to ensure contract fulfilment, while coordinating with internal teams like LSS, Sales, Leadership, and other support functions. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned customers’ business goals and challenges and their associated challenges and risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal Honeywell stakeholders
- Lead the on-time renewal process for all designated maintenance contracts and own the end-to-end process and ensure that there are no service gaps
- Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to ensure service entitlements are delivered
- Monitor contract margin, profitability, risks, and work with Finance to address challenges Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Administrative or technical; OR Honeywell Process Solutions / LSS Experience
- Proven client scope execution and contract negotiations experience
- Experience working with Customers Face to Face and problem solving skills
- Able to forge solid business relationships and deliver on commitments
