Position-Finance Analyst

The role deals in development finance, banking, and investor relations. The role includes:

- Preparing information memorandums and funding submissions to fnanciersAssisting our financiers with their due diligence and requirements
- Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting feasibility studies, market research, and valuations
- Group bank account manaqement
- Overseeing property related settlements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience in the financial sector
- Excel Proficiency

Preferred (but not required):

- Major in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience in Commercial Banking or similar
- Experience in using ARGUS Estate Master

Pay: $110,000.00
- $120,000.00 per year
