Ugly Baby is presented by award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who brought you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort / Lotus and South Perth’s exciting new venue, The Station / Ludo. We are seeking a Full Time Sous chef to assist in running this 160 seats mediterranean restaurant lead by Head Chef, Ovid Edwards. You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to deliver dishes from a wide range of cuisines across lunch and dinner Current postions

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in Asian cooking techniques is a preferred but not essential
