HAMRO NEPALI KITCHEN PTY LTD T/as Hamro Nepali Kitchen is looking for experienced Chef to join our Kitchen team . Hamro Nepali Kitchen located at Shop 15 Village Green, Cnr Manning Rd & Kent St, Karawara WA 6152 Australia. We will be offering working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in our busy kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. A passion for cooking and respect for work ethics is essential to this rapid-paced environment. Responsibilities as Chef while working with Hamro Nepali Kitchen as below:
- Manage all operations of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, and overall workflow.
- Responsible for kitchen opening and closing, service and set up.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain an efficient and well-stocked kitchen.
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Supervise, train, and instruct kitchen staff to ensure high standard of performance and quality of dishes.
- Hiring, recruiting, and rostering of kitchen staff as needed. Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Must have AQF Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Must have experience worked as Chef minimum 1 year Any successful applicant must be a team player, able to work under pressure & maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen. In return we offer a salary between $70,000
