Site Administrator (South Perth)

Our client requires some immediate support for 6 months. You will be providing on-site administrative support to a busy project team delivering the final construction phase.

Whilst some training on processes will be provided, you will need solid experience and robust software and systems skills in order to pick things up quickly. Ideally you will have supported the delivery of a construction project and already be familiar with processes and terminology.

You will also be a self-starter, a natural problem solver and thrive in a busy, chaotic work environment!

Responsibilities may include:


- Project administration

- Producing reports and documentation
- Document control
- Managing excel spreadsheets and updating data
- Supporting Project Director and delivery team
- Maintaining various systems

Ideally you will be available immediately and available for at least 6 months.
