Your Prospect:

You will work under the direction of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality clinical services in Residential Aged Care. The role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

As part of our award-winning (2023 Allied Health Award for Creative Product Excellence) Plena Care Pathway, you’ll support evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, 1:1 therapy interventions, and group-based active ageing services tailored to resident goals.

You will be responsible for:

Responsible for assisting to deliver all physiotherapy services in accordance with the Plena Healthcare operating procedures and policies.

Responsible for servicing RAC clients in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals treatment plan

Under direction of the physiotherapists / occupational therapists you may be required to, Transport residents to and from the therapy gym area / their appointments,

Set up and pack away the physiotherapy gym, including cleaning both the area and equipment

Collect referrals and any other administrative tasks as guided by the physiotherapists
