Reception Attendant Coolum Beach

Coolum Surf Club is looking for a smart, quick thinking, problem solver who can work independently to serve as part of Meet and Greet Reception team at our popular club.

Must be able to work a versatile roster, have a good head for multi tasking, warm and friendly demeaner and the ability to get a RSA.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

High standard of personal presentation and hygiene

Responsible and high degree of integrity

Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Reliable and punctual

Ability to multi-task and to complete work within in the established deadlines and time frames

Accurate data entry skills

Attention to detail

Ability to problem solve

Positive communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe work workplace

Ability to complete manual handling tasks as required for the role

Pleasant phone manner

Basic Microsoft and Outlook Skills

Current RSA or ability to obtain Statement of Attainment

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8
- 15 per week
