Delivery Driver / Factory Support Team Member (Coolum Beach)

Lifestyle Windows is currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Delivery Driver / Factory Support Team Member to join our team. This is not a standard courier or parcel delivery role. The position involves loading, securing, transporting and unloading aluminium windows and doors throughout South East Queensland, along with assisting within the factory and dispatch areas when required. The role is physically demanding and requires someone who understands safe transport practices, load restraint and working within legal load requirements. About the Role
- Manual loading and unloading of aluminium windows and doors
- Handling large and fragile glass products safely
- Securing loads using ropes and load restraint methods
- Understanding and complying with legal load heights, weights and transport requirements
- Delivering products to builders, construction sites and residential customers
- Assisting with dispatch preparation and general factory duties
- Working closely with factory and site teams
- Representing the business professionally on site and with customers What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good understanding of load restraint and transport safety
- Ability to safely secure loads using ropes and restraints
- Awareness of legal transport requirements including load heights and weight limits
- Comfortable handling glass and aluminium products
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
- Professional and respectful communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment preferred (but not essential)
- Experience in the window and door industry
- Experience handling glass products
- MR Licence
- Forklift ticket
- Experience delivering to construction sites or building suppliers This role would suit someone with experience in:
