Description
Suncoast Cabs is seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Officer to join our team in Marcoola. This is a varied role supporting our Accounts Manager and Fleet Manager while providing excellent service to drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

**About the Role** As the first point of contact for drivers and customers, you’ll handle reception duties, payments, and enquiries, while also assisting with financial administration and general office operations. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including phones, mail, payments, and lost property enquiries.
- Support financial administration: cash collection, EFTPOS processing, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Provide administrative support including record-keeping, data entry, uniform and stationery orders, filing, and contract preparation.
- Assist with driver agreements, online affiliations, and training paperwork.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, training, and team development initiatives.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Maintain a positive and skilled attitude when completing tasks and interacting with others, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a busy environment.
- Show a high level of competence in Microsoft Office and computerised financial systems, with fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, while building positive working relationships and resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage time effectively, staying organised and meeting deadlines, while taking initiative to prioritise work and suggest improvements where appropriate.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and maintain a commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-focused workplace through reliability, cooperation, and a willingness to assist others.
