**The Role**:

- Support and assist a Strata Manager, be mentored by the best
- Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
- Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with
- 6 + months experience in a Body Corporate administration capacity ideal
- A outstanding can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
