Operations Assistant / Personal Assistant Coolum Beach

Are you highly organised, proactive, and love working in a fast-paced setting? We’re looking for an Operations Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our small but growing team managing multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties across the Sunshine Coast. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is tech-savvy, has robust communication skills, and is happy to get hands‑on when needed. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple properties while also assisting the host directly with personal and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple holiday let properties
- Communicate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth turnovers
- Handle guest-related enquiries and assist with booking management when required
- Oversee inventory, restocking, and organising supplies
- Assist with property inspections and quality control to maintain high standards
- Support the host with personal assistant duties as required
- Social media / Meta experience advantageous About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Comfortable using apps, online booking platforms, and spreadsheets
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self‑motivated
- Flexibility to assist on weekends or after hours occasionally, if required
- A driver’s licence, pc and your own car are essential
