- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market
- Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to customer queries, qualify leads and process quotes
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our product range
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, email and social media and convert opportunities
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on our products to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities About You
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the building or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire confidence and influence customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Positive, proactive, collaborative and enthusiastic approach
- Eager to learn and dive into hands‑on tasks.
- Feel at ease interacting with a diverse range of professionals and end-users.
