Guest Services Supervisor
- In Resort Location: Perisher Employment Type: Winter Seasonal Season Commences: June 2026 Applications Open: April 2026 Applications Close: June 2026 (or earlier if filled) Lead the Guest Experience. Elevate the Resort Journey. As a Guest Services Supervisor
- In Resort, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests. In this role, you will lead the Guest Service Assistants and Leading Hands to sell and administer company products and services in a prompt and courteous manner. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll supervise and mentor your team, support staff development and training, and ensure smooth daily operations of the Guest Services department. You’ll also assist guests with product and service enquiries, helping to create memorable moments and maintain the high standards and integrity of the resort. Predominantly based indoors, this role may require you to work from time to time in an outdoor setting to help our guests. What You’ll Do
- Assist in the management of the day‑to‑day functions of the Guest Services department
- Actively participate in the training and development of all Guest Services Assistants through recruitment and induction
- Proactively supervise and mentor staff, delegate responsibilities, coordinate training activities, and appraise team performance
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Support team to assist guests with their Perisher and Epic Australia Pass product and service enquiries What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications in Tourism, Customer Service, or Frontline Management (highly regarded)
- Previous robust experience in a high‑volume retail sales role
- A high standard of numerical accuracy and computer literacy skills
