What You\'ll Do:
Working closely with rural clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate insurance meetings and grow the existing insurance portfolio
Providing a high level of client service to build strong, long-lasting local relationships
Managing client insurance accounts including renewals, claims, policy documentation and general inquiries
Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services during the renewal process
Achieving budgeted revenue targets through retention and growth of existing and new business
Ongoing policy maintenance and portfolio management
What You\'ll Bring:
Experience working in an insurance brokerage environment, ideally in a client-facing or portfolio management role
Alternatively, experience in banking, financial services, or on-the-road sales, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance
FSR Tier 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain if coming from a related industry background)
Proven ability to build rapport, manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a qualified and customer-focused approach
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across a broader business network
