Join a fast‑paced, safety‑driven team keeping our Monbeef processing plant running smoothly. As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll work hands‑on with essential electrical systems. You’ll tackle both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. This role suits someone proactive, adaptable and ready to make a real impact. What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and repair electrical systems across the plant
- Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical faults
- Complete preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Record all work accurately in MaintainX
- Ensure all tasks meet safety and Australian Electrical Standards
- Support production teams and work closely with contractors
- Contribute to a safe, effective and high‑performing operation About you:
- A current NSW Electrical Licence and valid driver's licence
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset
- Explicit, respectful communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A hands‑on, reliable approach with a proven work history
- Experience in a food processing or manufacturing workplace (highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and best practice
