Role Purpose

Convert inbound leads, re-activate the existing customer base, and build structured outbound relationships with commercial accounts — driving revenue growth and pipeline health across all Hextra service lines.

This is a phone-first role. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing lead and report directly to the CEO. No travel required — fully remote, anywhere in Australia.

What You'll Actually Do Work the inbound lead queue — respond to Google Ads and website enquiries quickly, qualify, and book jobs Follow up open quotes — chase unconverted quotes systematically to improve win rate Re-activate lapsed customers from the 12,000-strong database via outbound calls and follow-up sequences Build relationships with commercial account segments — body corporates, real estate agencies, property managers, and strata managers — who represent high-value repeat revenue Maintain and update CRM records (Simpro / ActiveCampaign) accurately after every interaction Work with the marketing lead on outbound campaign lists and call sequences Report weekly on call volume, pipeline value, quote follow-ups, and bookings

What We're Looking For 2–4 years experience in an inside sales, customer development, or phone-based BDR role Experience selling trade services, facilities management, or similar — preferred but not essential Comfortable making outbound calls — not just handling inbound Solid phone manner — warm, qualified, persuasive without being pushy CRM discipline — you log every call, every outcome, every follow-up Self-managed and reliable working remotely Australian-based, full working rights Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rclre
