Overview Our Sales Manager will lead and inspire a Sales team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that their performance meets expectations compliantly, through training, motivating, coaching and driving a high-performance culture. The role will also undertake a range of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as delegated from time to time by the Head of Department. Ideal Qualifications
- People management experience
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive practical experience
- Proven capability to achieve sales results through guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Previous experience within a results driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a group of people to achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to drive motivation and innovative thinking
- Strong coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Consistently demonstrating the company’s values
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Eagerness and ability to embrace and implement regular feedback
- Results driven individual with a competitive nature
- Confident, positive and a passion for sales
- Dynamic individual with high energy
- Understanding of coaching model/s and proven success through their implementation Desirable
- Experience working within the insurance industry
- Experience working within a quality-controlled working environment (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures)
