Role Overview We are seeking an aggressive and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our ICT sales division. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and closing high-value deals across telecommunications, cloud services, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a high-performer who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by performance-based KPIs and uncapped commission structures. Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their ICT needs and pitch tailored solutions including VoIP, data, security, and digital marketing services.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the CRM.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue milestones.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record: At least 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the ICT or Telecommunications sector.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of ICT products (e.g., PBX systems, NBN/Fiber connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven business tools, Digital marketing expertise).
- Negotiation Excellence: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate with C-level executives and business owners.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and report on sales activities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering high-impact presentations and proposals. Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Targets: Achievement of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Total Sales quotas.
- Activity Metrics: Consistent volume of daily outbound calls and face-to-face/virtual meetings.
- Conversion Rates: High lead-to-chance and opportunity-to-close ratios.
- Sales Velocity: Moving deals through the funnel within defined timeframes. What We Offer
