**What You’ll Be Doing**

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll:

- Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
- Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics.
- Handle returns, credits, and damage claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

**Qualifications** What You’ll Bring**
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or logistics.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Industry certifications or memberships are a bonus!
