Medical Reception Star (Carina)

HandsOn was established in 2003 and has grown to become Queensland's largest independent hand therapy provider with 10 clinics throughout the greater Brisbane region. Over this time, we have created a very special team!

HandsOn are seeking a seasoned medical receptionist for a full-time role, working 8:30am to 5pm at our head office in Carina, who exhibits a warm and accommodating telephone demeanor, characterised by friendliness, empathy, serenity, and professionalism.
- Substantial medical background, preferably involving collaboration with various healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with the Nookal practice management system.
- A gentle and composed nature, coupled with the ability to remain poised under pressue.
- A zest for thriving in a dynamic work setting and a penchant for resolving challenges.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- A foundational understanding of IT concepts.
- The capacity to efficiently multitask, prioritise duties, and navigate through complex processes with specific exceptions and dependencies.
- Outstanding time-management skills.
- Impeccable qualified behavior, maintaining a polished appearance, engaging in suitable workplace dialogue, and setting a positive example for peers.
- Competent touch-typing abilities, with a moderate to swift pace and high precision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carina, QLD 4152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
