**We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Tingalpa team!**
- Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
- Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & a team environment
